Monthly Home Maintenance Plans
Monthly service plan options:
- 3 mo. commitment - $129/month due on the 1st or 15th of each month
- 6 mo. commitment - $119/month due on the 1st or 15th of each month. Plus 10% off 1 A la Carte services.
- 12 mo. commitment - $109/month due on the 1st or 15th of each month. Plus 10% off all A la Carte services.
Pricing includes:
- Interior services (see below for details)
- Exterior services (see below for details)
- All batteries check and changed when needed
- Air filters monitored and changed when needed
- Pest control once a month
- Maintenance report emailed to you each month, including recommendations
- Coordinate appointments for HVAC, electrical, plumbing and cable/internet
In case of emergency:
We will schedule and coordinate appointments for HVAC, electrical, plumbing and cable/internet, with company of your choosing. This is free of charge.
If you require our assistance to meet these trades or with furniture/appliance delivery, there will be a $49 charge per service, per visit. For service appointments and deliveries lasting more than 1 hour, there will be an additional charge of $25/per hour.
For emergency/after hour visits (between 6:00 pm – 8:00 am), there will be a $99 charge per visit.
Interior services included in your monthly plan
- Visual inspection of interior of home, checking for leaks, rodent droppings, bugs
- Visual inspection of interior lights and change bulbs as needed
- Visual inspection of hot water heater and air handler for leaks
- Visual inspection of windows and doors (cracks and locks)
- Visual inspection of thermostat settings
- Visual inspection of refrigerator/freezer settings
- Visual inspection of breaker box/reset breakers as needed
- Run water in kitchen and bathrooms and check for leaks
- Run dishwasher and washing machine to preserve seals and check for leaks
- Flush toilets and check for leaks
- Check TV and remotes
- Spray for pest control
- Change batteries in remote controls, door locks, thermostat and smoke alarms every 6 months or as needed.
- Visual inspection of kitchen countertops and cabinets for rodent droppings and bugs
Exterior services included in your monthly plan
- Visual inspection of exterior of home/pick up trash
- Visual inspection of exterior lights and change bulbs as needed
- Visual inspection of exterior door handles and locks
- Check sprinkler settings (in season)
- Weed flower beds
- Sweep front/back porches
- Inspect/run golf cart
- Bring in packages
